Completing a Disclosure Checklist
Specific disclosure checklists are added beneath tailoring checklists as you complete the title's tailoring questions. The disclosure checklists are not accessible until all the tailoring questions have been answered and the diagnostics resolved.
To complete a checklist, do the following:
Open the client checklist.
- Click the link for the title you want to complete. You can click the link either in the navigation pane or on the grid in the main pane.
- If needed, review the information on the What's Changed tab to learn what updates have been made to the disclosure requirements since the last update.
- On the Disclosures tab, click answers in the Yes, No, N/A column to indicate if the item is present in the financial disclosure. If needed, you can also add information in the Comments box for each question.
- If needed, you can also do any of the following:
- Add or respond to notes. Click Notes in the toolbar to open the Notes pane. See Working with Checklist Notes for more information.
- Update the checklist. Click Refresh in the toolbar to ensure that the latest updates from other users are visible in the checklist.
- Review diagnostics. Diagnostics display in red text on the checklist. See Reviewing Diagnostics for more information.
- Discard changes. To undo all the changes that you've made to the checklist since the last time you submitted your changes, click Discard Changes on the toolbar.
- Click Submit All AutoCheck Changes when you have completed the checklist.
- Click Yes.
